On Tuesday, gun voters and gun rights supporters from across Ohio have a very important decision to make.
Who will our next United States Senator be?
The stakes are high — Rob Portman is retiring from the Senate and the next US Senator from Ohio is most likely going to serve in a Republican-controlled Congress – with the chance to go on offense for our Second Amendment freedoms.
In order to help you make an informed decision, we surveyed all of the candidates running in the Republican primary for US Senate and are sharing the results with you.
We asked each candidate a series of 10 yes-or-no questions that they will face if elected the next US Senator from Ohio.

Here is how each candidate responded to our 2022 Ohio Gun Owners US Senate Candidate survey program:
Josh Mandel – 100%!
Josh Mandel completed our survey and answered every question 100% PRO-GUN!

Not only that, Josh also interviewed with us and wasn’t afraid to state his positions on video for our gun rights.
We like the fact that the first bill Josh states he wants to introduce is a bill to eliminate the ATF!

JD Vance – 100%!
JD Vance completed our survey and answered every question 100% PRO-GUN!

While JD Vance responded 100% in favor of gun-rights on his candidate survey, Vance does have relationships and alliances with Silicon-Valley left-wing billionaires, one of which is underwriting the bulk of JD’s campaign. When these concerns were brought up to JD Vance in a radio interview, JD Vance attacked Ohio Gun Owners instead of answering the concerns.

Mike Gibbons – 100%!
Mike Gibbons completed our survey and answered every question 100% PRO-GUN!

We liked how Gibbons emphasized the importance of maintaining the 2nd Amendment in order to protect the rest of everything we love about our country.

Pukita did a great job of articulating his positions on the 2nd Amendment, and we particularly liked how he promised to make the 2nd Amendment a big part of his fight in DC if elected.

Matt Dolan – ???
Matt Dolan REFUSED to fill out the Ohio Gun Owners Candidate Survey!
In fact, we sent Dolan a certified letter of our candidate survey, but Dolan refused to even pick it up from his local post office, despite multiple notices from the mail carrier! It was eventually returned to us.
And despite voting for Constitutional Carry in the Ohio Senate, Matt Dolan has been a vocal opponent to gun rights.
He consistently pushes for gun control including Red Flag Gun Confiscation and sponsored Governor DeWine’s SB221 gun-control bill.
His woke family also owns the Cleveland ‘Guardians’ that shamefully removed Chief Wahoo and snubbed the Cleveland Indians name forever.
We know he supports Red Flag laws. Since he won’t go on record on other gun rights issue, it begs the question:
What other gun control does he support?
Jane Timken – ???
Like Matt Dolan, Jane Timken REFUSED to fill out the Ohio Gun Owners Candidate Survey!
We mailed Jane a copy of our candidate survey via certified mail, and we received a confirmation of receipt:
What we do know about Jane is that as Ohio Republican Party Chairwoman, she openly criticized and called for the resignation of Candice Keller, former State Rep and Stand Your Ground law sponsor, for correctly diagnosing issues with our woke culture.
In the past, she has also helped snub pro-gun candidates from party endorsements and campaign funds as chairwoman of the Ohio GOP.
Perhaps even worse, Timken is endorsed by Iowa US Senator Phony Joni Ernst, the scallywag author of the VAWA gun-control compromise with Chuck Schumer that Biden just signed into law that federalizes Biden’s DOJ agents for gun-control enforcement purposes.
This leaves us wondering, why won’t she go on record on gun rights? What anti-2A policy positions is she hiding?
Conclusion
Ohio Gun Owners’ grassroots battalions are the finest in America when it comes to defending freedom.
We know that no matter WHO gets elected, we cannot let our vigilance drop for even a moment because the Radical Left will, without a doubt, be launching attacks on our freedoms regardless of who controls Congress.
As you can see from the results above, there are four candidates that pledge their total support for the 2nd Amendment.
And while we cannot tell you which candidates you should choose to represent you – that choice is yours alone – please make sure that you head to the polls on Tuesday and proudly cast your vote for gun-rights!
