As you know, yesterday was the 2nd hearing on HB51, OGO’s Second Amendment Preservation Act in the House Government Oversight Committee.
We heard some AWESOME testimony from members and supporters, and OGO expert witness, former Missouri State Representative Jered Taylor.
Rep. Taylor sponsored SAPA in Missouri and is the ONLY legislator in the country to get it passed and signed into law!

But there’s a problem, friends.
We are hearing credible information that weakening amendment(s) are being drafted as we speak to totally gut SAPA!
One amendment specifically we are hearing rumors about would give the green light to Ohio law enforcement to enforce acts passed by Congress.
News flash… the National Firearms Act (NFA), the Gun Control Act of 1968, and the Red Flag Gun Confiscation funding law that was passed last year were all passed by CONGRESS.
Not to mention, the ATF ruling on Pistol Stabilizing Braces redefines pistol braces and braced firearms as short-barreled rifles under… wait for it… the NFA!!!
It’s insane.
That’s why we MUST defeat these efforts NOW before its too late!
