This week: The biggest in Ohio history for gun politics!

I wanted to make sure you didn’t miss Chris’ email from yesterday, Michelle.

This may very well be the biggest week for gun rights in Ohio history.

We are asking every gun owner, everyone who loves our state and country and who love freedom to focus on doing whatever they can to help make sure the House passes Constitutional Carry this week.

Here’s what you can do:

Make sure they are hearing from you in every possible way.

As you can see, we’ve updated our incredible mobilization platform to include your State Representative’s office phone lines – LIGHT ‘EM UP!

As a former House Republican Legislative Staffer, I know how effective getting my email inbox blasted with emails AND having phone lines ring off the hook can be!

  • Forward this email to your friends and family and ask them to take action as well.

One of the best features of the Ohio Gun Owners Grassroots Action Platform is that the links and image links we’ve provided for you in this email are universal and can be used by anyone!

Make no mistake about it, we are in a culture war in which the Radical Left wants to strip us of our gun rights and make America just like every other third-world hell-hole you can think of.

And when it comes to our precious right of human self-defense, OGO is doing everything we can to be the forward observer and laze the target – YOU, your friends and family are the artillery, and it is time to FIRE FOR EFFECT!

HAMMER ON ‘EM

There are 4-5 very bad, anti-gun Republicans that OGO is hammering on very hard right now to get them to vote yes on Constitutional carry.

Anything you can chip in will help big time in making sure when this bill passes that it has maximum support – which is what we need to do in order to make sure Governor DeWine doesn’t veto.

  • Once you’ve done all or part of the above, please DO IT AGAIN a couple hours from now and keep it up until the floor vote!

Team OGO will keep you updated every step of the way in the coming days.

Stand and FIGHT!

OGO is hearing feedback from several channels now that Constitutional Carry will be on the floor of the Ohio House for a full-blown floor vote this week!

This is huge news, Michelle, but we don’t have time to celebrate now.

The bill could make it to the House floor as early as Wednesday, as the current calendar has floor session scheduled for both Wednesday and Thursday.

As you know, HB227 was watered down in committee by Majority Floor Leader Bill Seitz (who we told you all about in last week’s email), but the underlying bill, which changes Ohio from a license-required to a license-optional state, is still in place.

It gets rid of Ohio’s coat tax and boots our increasingly tyrannical government right out of the rights-regulation business.

We know for certain that there are moderates and egomaniacs within the caucus that are trying to block the bill from coming to the floor, so we are asking the gun rights community to spring into action!

For the next three or four days, we are asking people to live on their phones and computers – constantly bombarding your representative in the Ohio House to support and vote YES on Constitutional Carry!

Please NOTE: we’ve updated our action alert system so that you can now make a phone call to your Representative’s office line after you’ve sent your email, so please do BOTH!

Can we also ask another special favor of you?

Can you chip in $20 right now to help us activate our direct mobilization efforts in four targeted districts?

We know for a fact that Michael Bloomberg’s minions will be targeting vulnerable districts too, so we need to give this fight all we’ve got.

When Constitutional Carry passes out of the House, we want it to pass with overwhelming numbers because we don’t want to give Mike DeWine any excuse to sink our efforts when we slam this bill on his desk.

So please take action using the action link above and consider chipping in $20 bucks right now to help us FIGHT!

Stand and FIGHT!

For Ohio,

Chris Dorr
