The Freedom to Carry Act (HB 495 / SB 392) says if you can legally own it, you can legally carry it, and it takes suppressors and short-barreled rifles and shotguns off Ohio’s dangerous ordnance list. The politicians in Columbus still haven’t given it so much as a hearing in the House, and if it doesn’t pass before the year runs out, it dies. Tell them to bring it up and pass it now.
