I just received word yesterday that Constitutional Carry will be heard TODAY at 4:00pm in room 115 at the Statehouse!
On the agenda? “Proponent testimony.”
In other words, now is the time for gun owners across Ohio to make their voices heard that you want Ohio to be the 14th state to pass Constitutional Carry!
Constitutional Carry is the simple concept that if you’re legal to own a firearm, you’re legal to carry it without paying fees or being added to a government database.
Our neighbors in West Virginia passed it last year.
North Dakota and New Hampshire passed it this year, and Mississippi, Missouri, Idaho, Kansas, Wyoming, Arizona, Arkansas and more have all passed it within the last couple of years!
That’s why I need your help.
Since it’s hard for folks to take time off work and join me this afternoon as I testify in favor of H.B. 201, I need you to contact them right away!
Tell them you support H.B. 201 and you want the Federalism Committee to move it out as quickly as possible to the House floor for a full vote!
