My Rep Co-sponsored Constitutional Carry – Has Yours?

Constitutional Carry is starting to move, and I need a few minutes of your time today to give it a big push.

As we said last week, the Ohio Constitutional Carry Act of 2017 by Representatives Hood and Brinkman is completed and ready for co-sponsors.

And after we asked you to start contacting your representatives to co-sponsor this major Second Amendment reform, they’re beginning to get the message!

You already know that Constitutional Carry is the simple idea that law-abiding gun owners should be able to carry a defensive firearm if they’re not legally prohibited from owning one.

It’s on the move all across the country! In fact, just last Thursday North Dakota became the 13th state in the country to pass Constitutional Carry!

1 out of every 4 states no longer requires you to beg permission or pay fees to exercise your Right to Keep and Bear Arms!

And Web, the politicians at the Statehouse in Columbus are starting to get the message, because they’re starting to co-sponsor the bill!

In addition to the authors (Representatives Hood and Brinkman), more have signed on to co-sponsor, like Representatives Nino Vitale, Bill Dean, Candice Keller, John Becker and Paul Zeltwanger.

You and I need to build on this momentum.

All day today and all day tomorrow your state representative is in Columbus acting on your behalf.

That’s why I’m asking you to double your efforts and contact your state representative right away and tell them to co-sponsor Hood and Brinkman’s Constitutional Carry bill!

If you’ve already called or emailed them, thank you so much.

Now I’m asking you to please do it again today, and have your friends and family do the same!

They need to hear from you. After all, they work for you.

It’s no secret some politicians like to pretend that THEY are the ones in charge, but that just isn’t true.

They work for us; we don’t work for them.

My state representative, Bill Dean, has already signed on as a co-sponsor to the bill.

Has yours?

Call them and tell them right away!

To find out who your representative is, please click here.

Tell them that with Constitutional Carry passing legislatures all across America, the time for Ohio to pass a major pro-gun reform is right now.

Tell them to make good on their campaign promises by co-sponsoring Representative Hood and Brinkman’s Ohio Constitutional Carry Act of 2017!

After you’ve made your calls and sent your emails, please forward this email to your gun-owner buddies and family members and ask them to do the same.

And if you could, please consider making a contribution to Ohio Gun Owners to help us mobilize like-minded folks all across the state to get involved in this effort.

Whether you can make a major contribution of $500 or $250 as a few have done, or whether $75, $35 or even $20 is more appropriate for your situation, please give what you can.

But please, call your state representative TODAY and tell them to co-sponsor Constitutional Carry!
