Breaking: House FLOOR vote on Constitutional Carry!

OGO is hearing feedback from several channels now that Constitutional Carry will be on the floor of the Ohio House for a full-blown floor vote this week!

This is huge news, but we don’t have time to celebrate now.

The bill could make it to the House floor as early as Wednesday, as the current calendar has floor session scheduled for both Wednesday and Thursday.

As you know, HB227 was watered down in committee by Majority Floor Leader Bill Seitz (who we told you all about in last week’s email), but the underlying bill, which changes Ohio from a license-required to a license-optional state, is still in place.

It gets rid of Ohio’s coat tax and boots our increasingly tyrannical government right out of the rights-regulation business.

We know for certain that there are moderates and egomaniacs within the caucus that are trying to block the bill from coming to the floor, so we are asking the gun rights community to spring into action!

For the next three or four days, we are asking people to live on their phones and computers – constantly bombarding your representative in the Ohio House to support and vote YES on Constitutional Carry!

Please NOTE: we’ve updated our action alert system so that you can now make a phone call to your Representative’s office line after you’ve sent your email, so please do BOTH!

Can we also ask another special favor of you?

Can you chip in $20 right now to help us activate our direct mobilization efforts in four targeted districts?

We know for a fact that Michael Bloomberg’s minions will be targeting vulnerable districts too, so we need to give this fight all we’ve got.

When Constitutional Carry passes out of the House, we want it to pass with overwhelming numbers because we don’t want to give Mike DeWine any excuse to sink our efforts when we slam this bill on his desk.

So please take action using the action link above and consider chipping in $20 bucks right now to help us FIGHT!

Stand and FIGHT!

For Ohio,
