Tomorrow morning at 10:15am in the south hearing room of the Ohio Senate, gun-control House Bill 123 will be hearing “opponent testimony” from citizens like you and me.
HB123, as we have explained previously, is a social engineering bill that would pave the way for gun-control organizations like Bloomberg’s Everytown for Gun Safety and Sandy Hook Promise to enter our schools under the guise of teaching “violence and suicide prevention,” but really giving them free unfettered access to teach our kids to hate gun rights and freedom.
What proponents of HB123 desperately don’t want you to know is that the programs they want to “teach” to our kids are designed by far-left radicals like Marshall Ganz of Harvard University and Dewey Cornell from the University of Virginia.
Marshal Ganz is infamous in the gun rights community for his work on the 2008 presidential campaign of Barack Obama and his continued work with Obama’s “Organizing for America,” as well as his work for the hyper-left think-tank MoveOn.org.
Dewey Cornell is also well known to the gun rights community not for being an objective “scientist,” but rather as a radicalized gun-control activist who has testified before legislative bodies in the past, urging them to adopt his 8-point plan to reduce “school violence,” including:
- A total BAN on AR15’s and other sporting rifles.
- Universal Background Checks for every state, so gun owners can be tracked, traced and registered like sex offenders.
- Red Flag Gun Confiscation Orders so that guns can be confiscated through judicial decree and without due process.
Marshal Ganz and Dewey Cornell hate the America our Founding Fathers gave us!
Quite frankly, people like them who adhere to ideologies like that should never be allowed anywhere near our schools to teach anything because their worldview is morally flawed.
The fact is, HB123 is a social engineering bill that seeks to replace the role of the traditional family with government controlled indoctrination disguised as “education.”
Republican state representative J. Todd Smith even told me a few weeks ago that this bill (HB123) simply takes what parents used to do for kids and replaces that with these government programs.
Site, you and I both know that government is incapable of solving moral problems and or matters of the heart.
Heck, our state legislature can’t even figure out how to balance their own checkbook properly, continually raiding taxpayers’ pockets in order to cover for their own failures.
But the proof, however, that the proposals within HB123 have zero to do with stopping suicides or school shootings and everything to do with indoctrination is the fact that nowhere does HB123 address the insane levels of psychotropic and Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor (SSRI) drugs being shelled out to our school children.
Everybody knows that nearly every mass killer in recent years has a history of psychotropic drug use.
According to most studies, the number of school shootings and suicides directly coincides with the 65% increase in the usage of psychotropic drugs between 1999 and 2014.
Many of these same studies show how psychotropic drugs like Prozac, Paxil, Zoloft and others dramatically increase violent tendencies and suicidal thoughts.
The fact that Everytown for Gun Safety and Sandy Hook Promise are not demanding an Ohio legislative review of the dangers these drugs pose is proof that HB123 must be stopped immediately in the Ohio Senate!
Melissa Cropper, President of the Ohio Federation of Teachers Union, testified to the Senate Education Committee that her organization supports “HB 123 because it uses an Everytown model.”
“Everytown for Gun Safety,” she said, “supports HB123. Everytown is a national organization that seeks to improve the public’s understanding of the causes of gun violence and the means to reduce it.”
Of course, she failed to confess that Everytown is funded by Michael Bloomberg and spends hundreds of millions of dollars annually in states all across America to destroy the 2nd Amendment, just like they did last week in Virginia!
Not only that, but she didn’t even mention psychotropic drugs. She didn’t even urge the Senate Education Committee to use their subpoena power to demand that pharmaceutical companies provide their testing of these drugs on the adolescent brain.
As the testimony clearly reveals, they have no interest in preventing anything. What they really want is access to our schools so they can indoctrinate our children against gun rights and our Second Amendment.
Never forget that these people are the same awful people who immediately try to capitalize on each mass shooting before the blood is even dry.
That is why tomorrow morning I’ll be testifying on behalf of Ohio Gun Owners to this committee in opposition to HB123!

And they dang sure don’t have the right to let the wolves into the henhouse to “teach” the next generation of Ohioans to hate freedom, the Founding Fathers and our beautiful right to self-defense.
But I hope you won’t stop there.
