It’s ready for the governor’s signature

Constitutional Carry passed through the New Hampshire legislature last week.

After their governor signs it (as he said he will) into law, New Hampshire residents will no longer need permission to exercise their Second Amendment rights anymore.

That’s 12 states now, nearly 25% of America, where citizens exercise their Second Amendment right to bear arms WITHOUT first asking government permission.

Not only that, but it’s picking up steam in states like Iowa, Minnesota, Georgia and North Carolina, and it’s been introduced in nearly a dozen more!

The Buckeye state is the batter on deck, and I need your help to take the next critical step towards passing this legislation in Ohio.

In fact, I need your family and friends’ help, too.

Right now we’re working with State Representative Ron Hood to put the finishing touches on the 2017 Ohio Constitutional Carry Act, and it’ll be ready in only a few short days.

But you and I can’t afford to let a whole legislative week go by while we finalize the bill – it’s time to kick this wagon into overdrive.

With a full legislative calendar on tap this week for the politicians in Columbus, now is the time to contact your legislator about Constitutional Carry!

If you don’t know who your legislator is, please click right HERE and type in your zip code to find out.

Then, if you would, please save your legislator’s contact information into your phone!

That way you’ll have his or her information at your fingertips, ready to use whenever we need to call down the fire on your politicians in Columbus!

Once you know who your state representative is, please take a moment to call and tell them you expect them to sign on to Representative Ron Hood’s Constitutional Carry bill the moment it’s available.

Let them know you’ll be calling them back the moment the bill is ready for co-sponsors!

Inform them that Constitutional Carry is the idea that anyone who can legally own a firearm can carry one to defend themselves and their families without begging government permission.

Remind them that the 11 states where this law has already been in effect enjoy plummeting violent crime rates and no increase in accidental shootings!

Please call today – it’ll only take a minute.

As I alluded to above, I’ll be sending out the language for the 2017 Ohio Constitutional Carry Act the moment we get the final draft.

In the mean time, if you can, please consider chipping in to help Ohio Gun Owners mobilize even more gun owners across the state to join with us in our fight to pass pro-gun bills this year.

Whether that’s $50 or $25, or even $10 or $15, every penny goes to the fight right here in Ohio.

But please call your state representative right away!

Ohio’s “on deck” for passing major pro-gun reforms, and we want to be ready to swing hard when Constitutional Carry is up to bat.
